Four random things I like about my husband:
1. He calls me everyday on his lunch break and when he's bored at work just to talk :)
2. He's doing a show with me right now just cause I wanted him to, what a trooper
3. He can't stop touching the belly
4. He rides the train to work every day so that I can have the car to do whatever I want (even though I mostly stay home anyway).

My new favorite hobby...

Little Eliza with her new baby brother, she adores him...she's always caressing his head and arms and saying "soft". 
This is a little outfit I got him when they first found out they were having a boy...I couldn't believe how small it was when I bought it and it drowns him!

Here are some pictures of sweet Porter!  He is the most precious little guy ever.  I've decided that my new favorite hobby is holding him.  I could hold him all day, he so sweet!  He got jaundice a few days after he was born and he had to spend a night in the hospital.  When he came home he had to stay on a UV blanket thing-so sad. :(  Anyway, now you know I wasn't exaggerating about his hair...he's got so much!  I love love love this kid!

Welcome Porter!

Good news! My sister Brook and her husband Dan just had their little boy early yesterday morning. He was a whopping 9 lbs 1 oz and 21 inches long-and a week early! They've decided to name him Porter Daniel, which is very fitting because he was born exactly a month to the day after great Grandpa Porter's birthday. He has a FULL head of brown hair, he almost looks like a little eskimo baby cause he has so much hair! He is so darling and Eliza just loves her new little brother! Hopefully we'll have some pictures to post of him pretty soon! We love you Porter!!

Z is for Zoo!!

Brooke (Luke's sister) and I took the babies (Izzy and Gabe) to the zoo a few weeks ago! It was so fun to see the way Izzy reacted to all of the animals that she had never seen in real life before. At first she was a little scared cause I don't think she comprehended the whole "cages" thing, but after I showed her that the animals can't get out she loved it! I think their favorite part was the giraffes cause there was a little baby with it's mommy...so cute! Also, I just have to say that I can't believe this picture of them turned out because they would not hold still or look at the camera...too much to see and do I guess!

Luke graduated from the University of Utah on May 2nd! That was a good day...a very good day! He walked out of the building and the sun was shining a little brighter, the air was a little cleaner, and his wife was a little hotter. Life is just better when you're graduated from college!
